06/09/09 - E-Filing Enhancements: 1. You now are able to enter more than two attorneys to initial filings. 2. Notice of Intervention now requires you to add a party. 3. Initial Filing of Waiver of Liens has a drop down list of Boroughs or Townships for you to select one.
01/29/2009 - An emergency petition should be filed in person at the Norristown office. They should not be e-filed or submitted to the Willow Grove Annex.
01/07/2009 - Effective immediately all filings filed electronically will be accepted or rejected. Documents will no longer be returned for correction and maintain the original date of submission.
12/10/2008 - Beginning 1/1/2009 all documents must be saved in PDF format by the filing attorney before attaching for filing. The Prothonotary will no longer accept attachments that are not in PDF format.
